Through Blahobyty we rent out 2 flats in Prague 4. These are medium-term leases for business stays. Cooperation with Blahobyty is excellent; after the initial preparation and furnishing of the apartment we haven't had to worry about anything. Blahobyty will provide tenants to whom they will hand over the apartment, and if necessary they will carry out minor repairs. All the people at Blahobyty are very helpful and professional.

The cozy loft experience was truly that ~ cozy and an experience! The location was very convenient to 2 main tram/bus stop locations and we were able to get anywhere we needed within 15-20 minutes. We had a few issues and the response was prompt with helpful suggestions and fixes. Overall a nice little flat, in a good location, with good management.
