Transforming opportunity into successful investment

When we identified a prime investment opportunity near Lesser Town, we promptly presented our vision for a serviced apartment house to the owner. Our proposal centered on a multi-year partnership, meticulous property care, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while complying with all legal requirements. The MIZU House could soon take its place alongside the established CORU House.

Designing the property for adaptable stays

In our pursuit of creating a property suitable for adaptable stays, we prioritized efficient space utilization by reimagining room layouts and communal areas, maximizing the utility of each square foot. This approach allowed us to create versatile accommodations and additional facilities, catering to a wide range of guests and seamlessly meeting the dynamic needs of today's discerning travelers without compromising on comfort and convenience.

Setting up the technology infrastructure

The process of configuring the technology infrastructure covered deployment, ongoing monitoring, and the provision of fast internet services tailored to business travelers. We seamlessly integrated this system with our property management system for remote control and made provisions for IoT device compatibility, including electronic locks, to enhance both security and guest convenience.

Bold apartment designs for a wide clientele

While the common areas of MIZU House are designed in our uniform Prague Days style, the individual apartments could not be more original. Our apartment designs, created and furnished in partnership with professional designers from Bonami, benefit both business and leisure travelers. These thoughtfully designed spaces offer a versatile blend of styles, including Japandi, minimalism, and mid-century influences. The loft apartments on the top floor provide a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy breathtaking views of Prague's iconic castle. Additionally, our hidden garden within the inner courtyard serves as a serene retreat from the bustling city streets.
In projects like this, it is common for the interior of each apartment to look identical in the end. This saves time and money for the operator. We have chosen to highlight the originality of each apartment, creating stylistically different homes. Each guest can choose the one that suits them best and enjoy their stay with us even more

We had a great time in Prague! The apartment is well situated & it was all clean. We would definitely recommend the flat to our friends and family! The apartment was exactly like the pictures & everything we needed, was present. If I need to give 1 'negative' point, it would be the curtains. We woke up very early because of the light. But despite the curtains, it was wonderful!
